Silence

Growing up my parents use to not like to turn the music on in the car. Always talked about how loud it was. And my friend, she has a sixteen year old daughter and never turns the radio on in her car. Well, I've come to drive with no music on either. Just silence. It's so nice! But I also know why now too. See...the thing is that you spend all day hanging out with your child(ren), there's always chaos there at times, that when you get a free minute-quiet air never sounded better. Then a little while later, after I've enjoyed my moment of silence Evan will wake up and I am ready to get back to it again.
