MLK Day

My love, I can't wait until we can celebrate Martin Luther King's birthday together.

Today we did some laundry and went to the gym but I want to take you to an event to celebrate this wonderful man that has made a change in this society. A man who has given us the opportunity to give us more freedom in this nation.

He is another man to whom shall be someone who I would like you to see as a role model. He made a change and I know you can too. No matter where you've come from or what you've experienced, you can still make a difference.

When you get old enough, we'll make a day of service. Not just another day off.
