Wilder Child Development Center

We are on week two of the new child care center. I am so glad that he is in there. Though I get sad about him being around English all day, I just have to remember that I need to give him that much more Hmong.

As it's only week two, there have been new heights and bounds reached. He is doing much better with following direction. Understands that there will be some kind of punishment if he misbehaves. Sharing so much better. Always excited to see me pick him up. He's so cute.

Today they are going to the Splash Pad. Then having a barbecue with Wells Fargo volunteers.

Vocabulary is definitely growing:
"It's over there."
"Right here."
"I want this."
"What are you doing?"
"I love you"
Of course it doesn't sound exactly though is very close.

He knows how to identify flower, leaf, and some other things in Hmong. It's actually working with reading with him in Hmong and working with him at night before bed on some things that I want him to know.
