Precious moments

Evan's been swimming for over a year now. He's a sunfish, which is the new pike. Pike is now a level above sunfish now. The instructor said that he'll be there for a while. He needs to practice his floating.

Anyhow, we were swimming for another half an hour after his swimming class. I put his floaty on him and he swam. It was his first time noticing what water does to your skin. He looks at his wrinkly hands all puzzled. Then I told him his feet was like that too. So he jumps out of the pool and sits on the ledge and looks at his feet. He tells me,"Mommy, owie." It was too cute.

With all that said, the sleeping early has been a pain in the ass!!! OMG, I am pulling teeth. First it's more books, then five minutes later pee/poop, then it's phone calls to gma and gpa. BOO!!!
